Packaging and Shipping
We currently use UPS Ground to ship most of our custom diploma frame orders. Actual shipping time for your custom graduation diploma frame is between two to five days in the continental U.S., depending on where your frame is going in relation to North Carolina. Other shipping arrangement are available upon request.
Our diploma frame shipping solution was designed with help from FedEx. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground. Shipping time range from two to five days, depending on your location. Graduate Diploma frames that are shipped in bulk for retail sales may have a different packing configuration than described below. Additional shipping arrangements are available upon request.
Our Shipping boxes and slip-sheet (covers glass during shipment) are produced locally by Custom Corrugate Containers, Inc., and exceed all standard shipping performance guidelines. All of our shipping boxes and slip-sheets are made from high corrugate fiberboard (44 lb edge crush test “ECT”).
Additionally, every graduate diploma frame is double wrapped in ˝” air-encapsulated plastic bubble cushioning. We could probably save a few dollars by skimping on our shipping materials, however we are not willing to risk the cost in terms of lost customer satisfaction. An additional benefit of our premium packaging is that it allows our customers to safely ship or transport their framed diplomas several times. This ensures that their diploma and diploma frame will always look as good as the day it was initially purchased.
